Today we roll out of bed with our tummys rumbling. First thought, you ask? What’s for breakfast. Obvious answer: McDonald’s . I, Liz ordered a French Vanilla Iced Coffee, Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle and two Hash Browns with a few packets of Strawberry Jam. I will say my breakfast was delightful. The strawberry jelly makes the hash browns go down smoothly. My only complaint is that my sandwich was built as follows: McGriddle bun, cheese, sausage, egg, bun. I would of preferred if my cheese landed between my sausage and egg. Generally speaking, I don’t put cheese on my pancakes so why would I put it directly on my McGriddle bun?! #McDonaldsProblems
As for my coffee… I enjoy the French Vanilla IC. I had the Caramel Iced Coffee the other day. It tasted like a chemically enhanced milk. Still, not too bad for $1.
For breakfast today, I had a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle as well. It was all right… I didn’t really appreciate the condition of the sausage. #overcooked. Also, I’d love to know why 85% of the cheese ends up glued to the wrapper instead of melting all up in my sandwich?
As for my drink, I chose the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I have nothing but good words about it. There’s something about those bananas.Liz even saw a big chunk of strawberry in it….leading me to believe that not all McDonald’s foods are super processed
